STEP general contractor will build Outlet Village Belaya Dacha in the Moscow region city of Kotelniki. The outlet village is a joint project between Hines international development company and the Belaya Dacha group of companies. The project is the first “outlet” format retail project in Russia, and will be built taking modern international ecological standards into account.

Café and pastry shop
STEP General Contractor has finished work on the new project of the Volkonsky-Kayser café & confectionery chain. STEP implemented the design of the future project, construction and installation, and engineering and fit-out work.
Administrative-office complex
STEP Construction and Technopolis St.-Petersburg signed general contract on designing, development of detail documentation and construction on a turn-key basis of administrative-and-office complex Technopark Pulkovo with many-tier parking place. The future business center will be situated at the Pulkovskoye shosse (the territory of the LETO Company, uch. 2, Leningradskaya Storona).
Expansion of three plants for producing car parts
STEP general contractor has completed integrated works for expanding three out of seven plants of an industrial park for producing car parts for Hyundai’s St. Petersburg plant. The new production facilities feature expansion by more than 10,000 sq. m in area.
Production-warehouse complex
STEP is leading construction of a production-warehouse complex for the French tire producer Michelin in the Moscow Region. STEP began work on the project in September, 2010, and finished already in the beginning of April, 2011.
Company office
STEP started working on outer fit-out of the Moscow office of Sebastes, a fish importer, in the beginning of September, 2010. The company’s office is 500 sq. m. The main works on the project were finished in December, 2010. Additional fit-out works are currently being implemented.
