Gestamp Severstal Vsevolozhsk

STEP General Contractor has started work at expanding the Gestamp Severstal Vsevolozhsk factory for automobile parts manufacturing. The client’s production plant will be expanded by more than one third in the first quarter of 2012 – to 23,000 sq. m., which in turn will allow the company to increase its annual production volume by a third as well.

KREPS

STEP-Construction realizes works under the general contract on design and construction of a plant on production of dry building mixes KREPS. The customer of works is PP KREPS.

Amcor Flexibles

In 2005 in Veliky Novgorod, Rabochaya str., 9 the first in Russia factory of the Amcor Concern for flexible food packing production is put into operation. The Customer of the work is Amcor Flexibles Novgorod, a Russian representative of the Australian Concern Amcor Flexibles. The General Contractor and General Designer is STEP Construction.

STADCO

STEP Construction and Stadco Ltd. (Russian affiliated company of Stadco Holdings Limited), European leader in manufacturing of parts for the automotive industry, signed General Contract for construction and designing of a production and assembly plant. Contract value made up approx. 20 mln. Euro.

Hyundai-AMCO

STEP began construction of seven auto parts production plants in 2009 for Hyundai car manufacturer, which is based in the Kamenka industrial zone in St. Petersburg. STEР served as the general contractor for construction of the whole industrial park. The seven plants were put into operation in December, 2010.
