Car sales center
In 2005 a new motor centre of the international level has appeared on Rustaveli street in Saint Petersburg, rendering international standard services. Klassika has been the owner of the project and STEP Construction has already finished construction works on the site.
The Russian-Finnish clinic
Investor of modern multiprofile medical center construction was NMC-Holding, representation of the Finnish company AVA-PETER in Saint Petersburg.
Class "A" business center
The new modern business center has appeared 20 Petrogradskaya emb. The Customer of the project is VEDA-System. General contractor is STEP-Construction. The general area of construction works is about 21000 sq. m. STEP performed a full complex of works on design and reconstruction of a building.
Office building and service station
STEP Construction and Wurstwerk signed General Contract for construction of an at str. Hersonskaya, 35-37. General Design was Ecostroyprojekt Company.
Trade and service complex
STEP Construction has completed work under the general contract on design and construction of two turns of the Parade trading-and-amenity centre. The object is situated on the crossing of the Pribrezhnaya str. and the Karavaevskaya str. (Rybatskoye, block 10); close to the Rybatskoye Metro station. Concept Group appeared as the customer. |
