OBI with the Garden center

OBI Real Estate and Development Rus and STEP Construction signed General contract for designing and construction of a Building and Finishing Materials Store OBI with a Garden Centre. Total value of the project is about 430 mln. roubles.

Investor of modern multiprofile medical center construction was NMC-Holding, representation of the Finnish company AVA-PETER in Saint Petersburg.

Technopark Pulkovo

STEP Construction and Technopolis St.-Petersburg signed general contract on designing, development of detail documentation and construction on a turn-key basis of administrative-and-office complex Technopark Pulkovo with many-tier parking place. The future business center will be situated at the Pulkovskoye shosse (the territory of the LETO Company, uch. 2, Leningradskaya Storona). 

Bolloev Center

STEP Construction and Factory of Clothes of St.-Petersburg (FOSP) signed a contract on construction of an "A" class business centre. The office will be situated in the Admiraltejsky district of St.-Petersburg, in the Grivtsova per., 4. The total area of the central office building is 10.5 thou. sq.m.

Autocenter Classika

In 2005 a new motor centre of the international level has appeared on Rustaveli street in Saint Petersburg, rendering international standard services. Klassika has been the owner of the project and STEP Construction has already finished construction works on the site.
