IBIS

In the historical center of Saint-Petersburg at the address 54 Ligovsky prospect appeared a new hotel complex of the European level - 3 stars hotel IBIS. STEP Construction has already finished works of a null cycle. The Customer of works was Ligovsky 54.

LVL-Ugra

Investor was LVL-Ugra. The sum of contract was $900 thousand. The hotel was constructed out of modules, it allowed to build the hotel in very short period of time. The total area of two-storied hotel was 1200 sq. m. The hotel has gymnasium, sauna, comfortable hotel accommodations.

Apart-Hotel

Jensen Group, an American company, ordered integrated reconstruction of this residential building to be used as an apart-hotel. Work on restoring the building’s façade, replacing the utilities, performing elite finishing of the apartments, and installing additional equipment was all done by STEP in just half a year – from August 1998 to January 1999.

Park Inn Sochi

STEP has signed a contract with OOO Regional Hotel Chain (RGS) for building a hotel in the future Olympic capital of Sochi.

AZIMUT Hotels Saint Petersburg

STEP is renovating the “Vostok” (East) Wing of the AZIMUT Hotel St. Petersburg (Lermontovsky Prospect, 43/1) on the Fontanka Embankment.
