In May 2009 the reconstruction and fit-out team signed an agreement with Bahetle-1 LLC for fit-out of the supermarket located at 71, Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street.

Class "A" business center

STEP Construction performed reconstruction of a building for the Krugozor office centre at the Obrucheva str., 30/1 in the immediate proximity to the Kaluzhskaya Metro station (Moscow). Thus, one more large business centre appeared in the capital. It be erected by the strength of the St.-Petersburg's company STEP.

Bowling center

The first Saint-Petersburg seven-lane bowling club 5-th Avenue meeting all the Bowling Federation professional demands was built by the STEP company in 1998.

The design, expansion and reconstruction of healthcare complex of Baltika Brewing Company.

Supermarket

Reconstruction of the Trade House Perekryostok self-service department store. In a record short space of time - in four months - the full reconstruction of the self-service store was executed; the total area being about 3000 sq. m.
