Reconstruction and fit-out

Électricité de France

STEP signed contracts with the largest French electricity company – Electricite de France – for reconstructing its office in Moscow in October, 2010. Works on the project were finished already in December, 2010. STEP is currently leading additional works in EDF’s office with an area of 544 sq. m.

Sebastes

STEP started working on outer fit-out of the Moscow office of Sebastes, a fish importer, in the beginning of September, 2010. The company’s office is 500 sq. m. The main works on the project were finished in December, 2010. Additional fit-out works are currently being implemented.

Krugozor

STEP Construction performed reconstruction of a building for the Krugozor office centre at the Obrucheva str., 30/1 in the immediate proximity to the Kaluzhskaya Metro station (Moscow). Thus, one more large business centre appeared in the capital. It be erected by the strength of the St.-Petersburg's company STEP.

Skandinavian House

In July, 2009 STEP completed reconstruction of the administrative and household complex located at 69, Shosse Revolutsii, Saint Petersburg, turning it into a class B+ business center. The project customer was Ronda LLC.

Farvater

The six lane bowling club Fairway (Farwater), constructed in the building of Saint-Petersburg Marine Passenger Terminal for the Peterbowling company, was the second in the history of STEP. Works were fulfilled in a short space of time - two months and a half.
