Step has built a warehouse for Michelin
General contractor Step built an industrial and logistics complex for Michelin, a French manufacturer of tires, in the Moscow region.

The six lane bowling club Fairway (Farwater), constructed in the building of Saint-Petersburg Marine Passenger Terminal for the Peterbowling company, was the second in the history of STEP. Works were fulfilled in a short space of time - two months and a half.
This unique for Saint-Petersburg establishment of VIP class with a hotel Best Western was built in 2000. STEP company realized a complete complex of painting and decorating.During the works there were used more than 60 kinds of facing slab, total area being 4.000 sq. m.
In 2009 STEP signed an agreement with OOO Vertunovskoe for design of pig-breeding complex of complete cycle which will be located in the Bekovsky District, Penza Oblast.
Investor was LVL-Ugra. The sum of contract was $900 thousand. The hotel was constructed out of modules, it allowed to build the hotel in very short period of time. The total area of two-storied hotel was 1200 sq. m. The hotel has gymnasium, sauna, comfortable hotel accommodations.
The first shop of the Motor Jeans seria was built by the STEP company in 1994 at 4, Liza Tshaikina street where formely a food-store was located. That were the first country-style type of decorating building interiors in Saint-Petersburg. The project was realized in short-time limits under the strict author's inspection.
