Belaya Gora

STEP general contractor has begun building an ore mining and refining plant at the Belaya Gora gold deposit in the Khabarovsk Region. The customer of the project is Russdragmet (managing company of Highland Gold Mining holding), which owns a license for development and use of the deposit for a period of 25 years.

Baltika

The design, expansion and reconstruction of healthcare complex of  Baltika Brewing Company.

HILTI

HILTI Distribution Ltd. (Russia) and STEP Construction signed general contract of work and labour on design of project documentation and carrying out of the whole complex of building and assembly jobs for finishing premises, and also for coordination of the object for HILTI in Moscow.

International IT company

From May till November, 2006 the STEP Construction company performed work on re-planning and finishing of office premises, and also reconstruction of all engineering services for the IT International company. Finishing was performed on the 3rd, the 4th and the 5th floors in a functioning building located at the Leninsky Pr., 160.

AZIMUT Hotels Saint Petersburg

STEP is renovating the “Vostok” (East) Wing of the AZIMUT Hotel St. Petersburg (Lermontovsky Prospect, 43/1) on the Fontanka Embankment.
