Lomonosovsky porcelain factory

STEP was the general contractor of offices repair of the famous Lomonosov Porcelain factory (the former Emperor' Porcelain factory). Investor was Lomonosov Porcelain factory.

Rockwool

In July 2009 STEP completed construction of non-flammable mineral wool thermal insulation plant Rockwool. A full set of construction and installation work was performed at the facility.

Air Liquide

Construction of a new air separation unit was completed in Cherepovets. It is the largest air separation unit in Russia, and also the largest unit in metallurgical production all over the world.

LVL-Ugra

Investor was LVL-Ugra. The sum of contract was $900 thousand. The hotel was constructed out of modules, it allowed to build the hotel in very short period of time. The total area of two-storied hotel was 1200 sq. m. The hotel has gymnasium, sauna, comfortable hotel accommodations.

Reflect Plus

Administrative-and-iAdministrative-and-industrial complex of the Reflect Plus company, assigned for car technical diagnostics and number plates production was constructed by STEP company less for one year - in May, 2002.
