STEP general contractor has begun building an ore mining and refining plant at the Belaya Gora gold deposit in the Khabarovsk Region. The customer of the project is Russdragmet (managing company of Highland Gold Mining holding), which owns a license for development and use of the deposit for a period of 25 years.

STEP General Contractor has started work at expanding the Gestamp Severstal Vsevolozhsk factory for automobile parts manufacturing. The client’s production plant will be expanded by more than one third in the first quarter of 2012 – to 23,000 sq. m., which in turn will allow the company to increase its annual production volume by a third as well.

Projects
AZIMUT Hotels Saint Petersburg Hotel
STEP is renovating the “Vostok” (East) Wing of the AZIMUT Hotel St. Petersburg (Lermontovsky Prospect, 43/1) on the Fontanka Embankment.
Trade and service complex
STEP Construction has completed work under the general contract on design and construction of two turns of the Parade trading-and-amenity centre. The object is situated on the crossing of the Pribrezhnaya str. and the Karavaevskaya str. (Rybatskoye, block 10); close to the Rybatskoye Metro station. Concept Group appeared as the customer.
Multifunctional center
In June, 2008 STEP signed a general contractor agreement for creation of Rybatskoye multi-purpose complex. The multi-purpose railway station complex including the passenger services unit of Rybatskoye railway station is a joint project of Oktyabrskaya Railway branch of Russian Railways JSC, and Krom company. Within the scope of this project, Russian Railways JSC is the customer, Krom LLC is a private investor, and STEP is responsible for performance of general contracting, construction and installation work.
Bowling center
The six lane bowling club Fairway (Farwater), constructed in the building of Saint-Petersburg Marine Passenger Terminal for the Peterbowling company, was the second in the history of STEP. Works were fulfilled in a short space of time - two months and a half.
Car diagnostics complex
Administrative-and-iAdministrative-and-industrial complex of the Reflect Plus company, assigned for car technical diagnostics and number plates production was constructed by STEP company less for one year - in May, 2002. |
