STEP general contractor has begun building an ore mining and refining plant at the Belaya Gora gold deposit in the Khabarovsk Region. The customer of the project is Russdragmet (managing company of Highland Gold Mining holding), which owns a license for development and use of the deposit for a period of 25 years.

STEP General Contractor has started work at expanding the Gestamp Severstal Vsevolozhsk factory for automobile parts manufacturing. The client’s production plant will be expanded by more than one third in the first quarter of 2012 – to 23,000 sq. m., which in turn will allow the company to increase its annual production volume by a third as well.

Projects
Hotel
Investor of the building complex renovation was American company Jensen Group. All works on the building facade renovation, engineering communications change, elite finishing of apartments and installation of equipment were completed by the STEP company during half of a year - from August 1998 till January 1999.
AZIMUT Hotels Saint Petersburg Hotel
STEP is renovating the “Vostok” (East) Wing of the AZIMUT Hotel St. Petersburg (Lermontovsky Prospect, 43/1) on the Fontanka Embankment.
Hotel
Investor was LVL-Ugra. The sum of contract was $900 thousand. The hotel was constructed out of modules, it allowed to build the hotel in very short period of time. The total area of two-storied hotel was 1200 sq. m. The hotel has gymnasium, sauna, comfortable hotel accommodations.
Café and pastry shop
STEP General Contracting Company implemented the project of creation of the first in Saint Petersburg Volkonsky-Kayser café & confectionery combined with a bakery shop. Design and feel of the new place remind of traditional Parisian style which is still uncommon for Saint Petersburg.
7 factories for auto parts production
STEP began construction of seven auto parts production plants in 2009 for Hyundai car manufacturer, which is based in the Kamenka industrial zone in St. Petersburg. STEР served as the general contractor for construction of the whole industrial park. The seven plants were put into operation in December, 2010.
