STEP was chosen above four other companies in ABB’s tender. Finishing work on the office was started in October, and will continue for two and-a-half months. ABB’s new Petersburg office is located in the Helsingfors Business Center on the corner of the Vyborgskaya Embankment and Helsingforsskaya Ul.

Machine-building plant for production of crushing and screening equipment
STEP general contractor started building an energy-efficient plant for production of crushing and screening equipment for the mining industry. The project, whose investor is UK VEGA-PRO, is being partially implemented at Akron’s industrial site in Veliky Novgorod. The total volume of construction investment for the plant is about RUR200 mln.
Confectionery factory
Construction in Velikij Novgorod of a confectionery factory of the JoyCo company (Spain) in 2000-2001 was performed in exceptionally tough limits of the Customer investment budget.

STEP used modern technologies for commercial real estate reconstruction when rebuilding the bank office of Moscow Guta-Bank. These technologies made it possible to significantly improve sound isolation when doing construction work. |
