In the course of its years of operation has developed an impressive pool of reliable suppliers. While choosing a new subcontractor the Company employs a fine tuned system system of due diligence assessment that allows bringing all the construction risks to absolute minimum.

STEP carries out prequalification selection of contractors for all types of construction work. The same holds true to suppliers of equipment and materials for further implementation of projects on the whole territory of the Russian Federation.

What is required to become a contractor

or a supplier of STEP?

Step 1. Application submission

Fill out the Questionnaire, attach the required documents (the list of documents). Send the questionnaire and the documents scans to the following email:

Step 2. Vetting

Your request will be reviewed by legal, financial and security services of the STEP Company. We check our contractors and suppliers against a dozen of parameters, such as experience, availability of resources, financial standing and feedback from the previous clients.

Step 3. Accreditation

If the qualification selection has been proven successful you will become an accredited contractor/supplier of the STEP Company.

Step 4. Tender

STEP invites your company to participate in a relevant tender.

Step 5. Contract

If your technical and price quote in the tendering/bidding process is selected as the optimal one, we will conclude a contract.
After that the onsite work begins.

Step 6. Further cooperation

The chances your company to be invited to participate in the future tenders will depend on the quality you provide on construction site in the course of your work. Bona fide contractors have been cooperating with us for several years on a mutually beneficial basis.
