More than 100 projects of different complexity have been implemented

Castorama is a hypermarket of goods for home and renovation. During the complete building renovation, STEP executed partial dismantling, finishing and interior works, and facade renovation. The challenge associated with this project had to do with the fact that all the works were completed without closing the hypermarket. Work had to be carried out in designated areas only, strictly at night without any days off.

Construction experience from the ground up within the protected area of city's historical development

Lukoil business center (class A business center) with underground parking. Within the scope of this agreement, STEP completed construction of the building from the ground up, including interior finishing and decoration, as well as facade work. The know-how implemented at this business center - the octagonal fire containment screen, which received safety certificate for the first time on that project.

Renewal of the old historical building for modern one

Nevsky Passage – is the oldest Shopping arcade in St. Petersburg. 

Within the scope of this project, STEP carried out renovation of the oldest shopping mall in St. Petersburg. Company completed the design stage and planning. Works had to be performed in the historical part of St. Petersburg without decommissioning the facility.
