Hyundai AMCO

STEP acted as the general contractor for the industrial park construction, encompassing seven factories producing the following auto components: automotive body, mufflers, air conditioners, seats and interior elements for Hyundai car salons.

Driven Equipment Center (SEW EURODRIVE).

During the project implementation Step company performed as a General Contractor. The company completed a full range of construction and installation work, finishing and engineering work. Plot area is 45 000 sq. m. and total area of all buildings and premises is 8 760 sq. m. The constructed object is equipped with advanced engineering systems, with high level of automation and dispatch control with opportunity to operate from one work place.

During the project implementation Step company performed as a General Contractor, has developed all construction documents and specifications, completed the depot construction and supporting premises, installed building servicing systems and utilities. In the new depot, three railways have been built to conduct train’s diagnostics, repairs and commissioning.
