Hyundai Amco Manufacturing RUS, St.Petersburg

STEP in the period from August 2009 to December 2010, acted as the general contractor for the Hunday industrial park construction, encompassing seven factories and appropriate infrastructure. The construction of the production complex was conducted in two stages. The first construction phase included Donhy Rus, Shin Yang Rus, Sangwu Heite Rus factories, and the second - Duvon Rus, Devon Rus, Sazhong Rus and NVH Rus factories.

It should be noted that the work on the two stages was carried out in parallel. The total area of the factories is 45 thousand m2, they are located on a land plot of 25 hectares.

In the period from June 2011 to February 2012, STEP completed the expansion of three factories: Donghee, Shinyoung, SungWoo with a total area of 13 655 m2.

In addition to the main buildings were built as follows:

• Two detached engineering blocks;
• Seven Checkpoints;
• Seven areas for storage of solid waste;
• Stand-alone treatment facilities;
• More than five kilometers of underground pressure water supply pipelines, three kilometers by the HDD method (horizontal directional drilling);
• Four kilometers of free-flow sewerage;
• On-site power supply networks, external lighting and low-current sewerage.
