Within the scope of this agreement, STEP completed construction of the building from the ground up, including general construction works, installation of utility systems, improvements on adjacent territories, interior finishing and decoration, as well as facade work.

Project

The business center has spacious atriums allowing “to expand” visually all interior space. There is also an underground parking for 118 cars. The know-how implemented at this business center - the octagonal fire containment screen, which received safety certificate for the first time on that project.
