Project

Within the scope of this project, STEP carried out renovation of the oldest shopping mall in St. Petersburg. Company completed the design stage and planning. Renovation work included reinforcing the bearing structures of that historic building, installation of external and temporary internal servicing systems for the building. Work had to be carried out in the historical part of St. Petersburg and was performed without decommissioning the facility. The STEP team conducted a complete survey of the building, developed renovation plan and submitted permitting documentation to Committee for State Control, Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments (KGIOP).
